I have a difficult time finding shoes that are narrow enough, and these fit great and are very comfortable! No break-in time required. The laces are a little difficult to work with, but will probably get better with use. Highly recommend!

I am thrilled w everything about this boot except the very first time I went to lace it up, the hook popped off! Sadly, I could not find a replacement boot in my color/size. Instead of returning them I chose to have all the hook components replaced at a shoe repair shop. Voila! Wouldn't have gone that extra mile except these boots are otherwise very cute and comfortable - and that is what shoes are all about!

I work in a fairly casual atmosphere and have been wearing these almost everyday to work. My feet never get sore or tired wearing them. They are so comfortable. Would definitely recommend them.

These boots are not only warm and comfortable but look great. Since they are ankle boots I don't wear them in deep snow. The only negative thing about them is that they squeak for first few weeks. The noise is from the leather breaking in.

I was disappointed when these arrived. They looked so cute in the pic, but felt more like cement overshoes when I took them out of the box. They were huge, and I do mean HUGE. They felt at least two sizes larger than ordered (an 8). The leather was very stiff, the shoe itself was very stiff, and very heavy. Sigh

Shoes were great the first time I wore them! Warm, water-resistant, comfortable and no heavy footing feel like some shoes/boots that are warm. My FIRST pair of these boots, purchased several years ago, was comfortable and durable. So this year, I ordered them in another color. Unfortunately, the second time I tried to lace them up to go outside, two of the metal fasteners popped off! Unfortunately, these boots are like granite. Every stiff and hard. Extremely large in size. My usual size is 8, but the end of my toe was at least 3 inches from the toe of the boot.
It felt like I was putting on a bucket of cement.

Great true red color, love it. Comfortable with no break in needed, ordered a half size bigger for thick socks. So far haven't tested the boots in wet or extreme cold yet. This is one reason I bought them for nasty weather. Hopefully, they will perform well under those conditions. Traction is excellent. So far they are great boots and I love the red color!

Very comfortable boot. The size was just right and required no 'breaking in' at all. They do seem to soil a little easily, but they seem to clean up pretty well. I would recommend these to anyone with no problem at all.

These boots are very uncomfortable with little support. After wearing them for less than 2 hours, I had to take them off due to the lack of foot support. My knees and back were hurting. I would have returned them, but lost the receipt. They look good, but don't feel good.

This is possibly the most comfortable shoe I've ever bought. I have major foot issues and bought this specifically for the extra wide size, and it fits perfectly. The inner lining is so soft and comfy, I don't want to take them off in the evening because they feel so good. For the price I'm very satisfied. I'd recommend them to anyone. They look sharp, too.

These boots are very pretty, especially for a weather boot. The light color is a bit darker than it appears on my computer screen. I originally ordered a half size up, thinking I'd wear them with thick, warm socks. Even with the half size up and wearing thin socks, my toes were butting against the front of the boot.

These booties have great traction and support in the snow. There is no break-in period and can be worn for hours in comfort. They look good when wearing slacks. As a teacher in Alaska, I wear these boots all day long, in and outside the classroom. They are somwhat water-resistant, but I used additional spray-on water repellant anyway.

These are the first pair of boots I've owned in years and they were purchased for a trip to Australia. These shoes work well with orthotics. The high tops are great for ankle support. They are a comfortable fit-not too big or too little.

I love these boots. Last summer I broke my tibia in 3 places, and shattered by knee cap.I have to be careful with the shoes/and or boots I wear. I need something roomy, comfortable, good traction, warmth and something easy to put on. It helps that these boots are also very attractive. I experience swelling during the day, and these boots fit perfect. I need to walk for exercise, and these boots are so comfortable. My husband and I have walked and hiked for years up until I broke my leg. Now as my therapy continues, I can walk and take short hikes with my new boots. They are awesome!

I do not own a car and I walk everywhere I go, so a comfortable and durable shoe is very important to me. What I loved about this shoe the most, was that there was no "break in" period. I put them on and was ready to go! I've tried alot of shoes over the years, and it is difficult to find a shoe that feels as if you have been wearing it for a while. Also, I have wide feet and it is hard to find a shoe that does not feel as if your feet are being "squeezed" into a small space; but this shoe was comfortable and true to size. My only complaint is that the traction could have been much better; but other than that, I was satisfied.

I wear them to work with casual jeans or pants and sweaters. They are very stylish with safety treads so I don't slip in wet areas. Not good to wear during warm dry weather then they would be too warm.

What I love the most about these boots is the thick sole, which allows me to stomp through new fallen snow or slush through puddles when it starts to melt off. And they are dressy enough to look sharp at the office.

I live in a state where we get a lot of snow for many months. I love the comfort of the boot but wouldn't recommend wearing it out much when it snows because the boot when wet does leak through to my feet.

I really liked these boots. We had a lot of snow in Chicago this winter and these boots kept my feet warm and dry. They wore down pretty quickly. I'll admit, I'm hard on a pair of shoes, lots of walking, and these didn't hold up more than a few months.

I wore this boot when I went on a mission trip to the country of India. I hiked all over the foothills of the Himalyan Mountains and did not have any foot problems. Some others on the trip turned their ankles, but this shoe provided excellent ankle support for me.
It's a great shoe, plus lightweight!

These boots keep your feet warm in cold, snowy weather. I recently moved and wanted a little extra protection for my feet in case anything fell on my foot. These worked perfectly for the move. They're durable with a feminin feel. Not too heavy and definitely not masculine at all.

Liked it so much, bought it in two colors. Only complaint I have is that it spotted and scuffed too easily. I am a florist, standing on cold wet cement floor all day, work with water on floor, leaves, stems and dirt, and it shows up on the boots.
Love the comfort and warmth though, have had surgery on one foot, and this boot is awesome in comfort and support.

The boots work well in snow. I am originally from California and not in snow much growing up. Coming to Ohio, winter is something I have had to learn to deal with....this inculdes snow. These boots are great because of being water resistant. Good choice.....

I used the product for walking in the snowy winters in Chicago and they were not good for walking on the snow and ice which by the soles it looks as it would provide decent traction but didn't. They were only good for cold weather but dry ground.

They are ok. I thought they would be a little
tougher. I do like the non skid soles tho, they are great in wet weather. I wish they had more arch support and heavier or thicker in materials. I did like the light color.

I bought htese before a planned trip to NYC and boy did they come in handy for the first snow fall of the season- They were durable and warm and gave me no problems.

Don't like the so called traction, could not wear when icy outside. My other boots were perfect not matter the weather conditions. I only wear these just when cold and maybe light rain. They made be slide alot. Too much of an uneasey, and not sure-footed strided.

Great support, very comfortable, warm in normal winter conditions -- lacing above ankles creates some discomfort while walking. Use these to dress up casual outfits (jeans & sweater, ex.) for less formal occasions as well as for shopping etc. in milder snow conditions. Great when you don't want to pull out the heavy boots.

I LOVED these on the ice & snow this winter...they were great! It took a little getting used to the laces. They are mostly like on a man's hiking boot. But I got used to it quickly enough.

My feet are very picky and these are among the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. No break in whatsoever, they are also very light. I wear them to the office (it's pretty casual) and I wear them out hiking in the desert. Sizing is comparable to Easy Spirit.

I have a difficult time finding shoes that are narrow enough for me, plus a shoe that has some style to it, too. This boot fits all of the criteria. Great quality, comfort and it keeps your feet warm, too.

I love to wear sandals but live in an area with snowfall. Therefore, when my feet cannot be free in a sandal, I need total comfort in a closed shoe. These boots were great. My feet did not cramp as they often do in closed shoes. They were warm and extremely comfortable. I would definitely recommend these.

I have worn these boots to shovel snow, for walking in the snow and rainy conditions. They keep my feet dry and warm. My only complaint would be the laces.

I wore these boots for the 8 months I worked in a kitchen in a bar as the cook. I have had a lower lumbar fusion, so support and comfort are extremely important to me. I wore these boots to work, sometimes 12 hour days, and when I got off work, my feet, legs and back did NOT hurt. Unfortunately, I only worked 3 days a week for up to a total of 30 hours, and the boots blew-out on me after only 6 months. I tried some shoes specifically made for nurses and people who work in a kitchen that were over $200. They did not compare with these boots. And I only wore those shoes for about 20 minutes walking around constantly at the store and they did not compare with these boots for comfort. They also did NOT slip. Even in the kitchen on a very greasy floor. Definitely worth the price, I just wish I had the money to buy them again.

I have always dreaded the "drab" look of winter. This is my 3rd. winter ordering these great boots in ivory. Not the most practical color, but I tell ya, every year I wear these with my jeans, someone comments on how "cute" they are. That's a
miracle, b/c size 10's are hard to be "cute" :) I
have NEVER been uncomfortable in them & they give
a "pep in your step" kind of feel. I only wish they were more stain resistant; even broken-in jeans leave a blue mark on the suede :(

I love this boot! It's extremely comfortable; keeps the feet warm in low two-digit and single digit weather. And it's true to size. I believe it's the only footwear that I've bought that I'm driven to buy another pair -- even if the same color is only available.

I bought these shoes for Llama shows. They were the third or fourth type of shoe that I had purchased. These were the first pair that worked. They were extremely comfortable for the very long days. I tend to spend all day on my feet on show days and needed something that was comfortable but looked good.

very comfortable, I wear them back and forth to work in cold wet snowy weather. I am very happy with the boots, the most comfortable boot I have had and it is hard for me to find the right fit and have them be comfortable at the same time. I wear them whenever I'm outside in the cold. They are comfortabe enough to wear inside for a few hours

Really nice simple boot for sloppy weather. Not too hot or bulky to wear indoors. Very comfortable and well made. I usually wear an 11 med. but had to buy a 12 med. in this brand.

The boot is sturdy enough, stylish at the onset, and makes a comfortable fit. However, I found that only after a few wears the black leather on the upper part of the boot began to wrinkle and appear to crack. Could be that the material is not 100% leather or/and the leather is just too soft for the boot's intended use; to wit, daily walking. This made for an unattractrative boot and an unpleasant walking experience.

I have never bought shoes on line before and was skeptical. It has also been difficult to find a sz 11 ankle boot for the cold and wet weather. After waiting for them to be restocked, I am very happy with these boots. They are definitely warm and comfortable. They fit well and needed no break in period. Nice boots - not too clunky looking. They are water resistant as advertised. They are not water proof and aren't advertised to be, so don't stand around in ankle deep water. They work well when sloshing through puddles, slush or shoveling snow. Good for wide variety of surfaces. I bought my regular size and they fit perfectly, even over wool socks. Have recommended these to several friends.

Just the little bit that I wore them outside they've already are losing shape & are not water proof as they said they were!!!My toes frooze in the snow with them, MY croc's are warmer than them & they are just the clog type with liner. I really was dis appointed in this boot, I wanted something I could wear in & outside & be comfortable..

I bought one pair last year, wore them and loved them. They are light, warm and comfortable. I buy many ankle boots and none are created equal. This brand, Boston is excellent. I especially love the wide widths fit perfectly and the flexible sole makes these boots great to walk in and/or stand in for hours. I was so pleased - I got one in every color last year - camel, beige, brown, black and red. I only wish they came in navy blue and/or hunter green too. I highly recommend this product and I'm a bit cheap when it comes to price. The price range is a little steep for me, but when you find good quality like this boot, it ends up being worth it.
