I am wearing this shoe for everyday wear and walking on the treadmill. It works great for this. They are extremely lightweight. Very flexible. I do not recommend them for running or support. They are not very good on wet pavement! They do not grip at all when wet, and if you wear them on wet pavement, you may be injured for slips. Overall, they are an excellent walking shoe, especially for treadmill or dry pavement. I do not recommend them for running, as they do not have alot of support.

I was disappointed in these shoes since the New Balance brand is supposed to be superior. The last 2 pair of New Balance I have gotten seem to be un-break-in-able! They are very stiff and heard and in a comfort shoe, I want comfort from the first time they go on my feet. They are a cute style and lightweight, I hope that I will eventually be able to wear them comfortably, but for now, I dread wearing them.

They go with not just sweat pants, look great with jeans.
With a fear of falling, I find these have a nice gripping base and comfortable going up and down wet steps from the deck to the laen.

I orignally ordered this shoe in my true size 8 but I forgot in the past I purchased an New Balance shoe that I had to get an 8 1/2, so I had to exchange the sizes. Other than that the shoe feels good and very comfortable.

I normally flip flop between a 7 and a 7.5, but after reading some reviews I ordered this shoe in an 8. I'm glad I did! The 8 fits perfectly, so I would suggest ordering up a half size.

I'm writing this review based on my experience with the pair I had in brown suede. They were hands down the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. I literally have had bedroom slippers that were heavier. I also received many compliments on their attractiveness. I had the shoes for at least three years and wore them so often and so hard the tread finally began to wear off. However, this gave me an excuse to buy another pair, this time in the navy blue/quilted style which I've been eying. I'm looking forward to another several years of attractive comfort.

I am not too happy with this shoe. I have narrower feet, but this shoe is made for someone with petite feet. After one day of wearing it all day, I was done with it. I will wear it again, but not if I plan to have them on for more than 4 or 5 hours. They also run on the small side.

Very cute sneakers. Love the style and color. Only thing is I am usually a size 7.5 and I bought a size 8 because I read that these sneakers run small. I probably could of used a size 8.5 because my toe is right at the front of the shoe. You should definately buy a 1/2 or full size bigger depending on how you like your sneakers to fit. They are very narrow also. Good for everyday use but not for running.

I love these 442's, I have bought three pairs in grey and two in brown and will continue to wear them as long as I can get them. They are fairly thin on the bottom which lets you feel where you are walking without hurting your feet. Highly recommend the 442's.

The shoe is very nice, and i love the style. I really spend countless hours looking for a nice looking shoe in my size. Only problem is, i couldnt figure out my size in it. I went a half size up and it was still too small.. I could tell my toes would feel bruised at the end of the day if i "tried to break them in". I also think the slippery glaze they put over the insole of the shoe accounts for my foot sliding to the front and hitting the shoe every time i walk. Again, lovely looking shoe, not the best arch support, but way too small, unfortunately.

My daughter is very pleased with these shoes. She is a drugstore manager and spends long hour on her feet. These shoes did not leave any blisters on her feet, which most do the first time she wears them. Her feet are flat and narrow, making it difficult to find the right shoes, especially for work. She is very happy with these and has been wearing them every day. They not only look good, but they feel good.

I haven't bought new sneakers in about 5 years because of the width of my feet. No store seems to carry wide width's.I guess all women are supposed to have Cinderella feet(how I feel when shopping for shoes).

I was skeptical about buying shoes online since clothing often changes "size" depending on manufacturer.

I purchased this shoe because I like to have little black sneakers to wear with my running outfits. They are so cute but too tight. I have room in the front where my toe is, but it is so tight across the instep I have to return them. :(

Although this is a cute shoe with it's low profile, I just couldn't adjust to the synthetic upper--I am used to leather.
The shoe also seemed to run small in size and width; perhaps it's just the style.

This was a really cute shoe but then I put them on. I ended up returning them. The sides of the shoe are very low - this was uncomfortable. I also did not like the feel once I put it on and laced it up. I felt as if I needed a wide (I have never wore a wide in my life). In the end it just wasn't the shoe for me.

I have this shoe in three different colors. I love the way they fit and the comfort factor. Have used them on trips where I walked a lot and they are extremely comfortable. My complaint with this particular pair is that the shoe is cut around the laces so that the white inner padding shows. The edge is unfinished and the white sortof "sticks out" from the navy color making it very obvious and ragged looking. This may be a problem unique to the darker colors since I don't see this with the white or the gray.

The shoes have a lower back to them so it took some getting used to but now I love them. Everytime I wear them someone tells me how cute they are.

I really like this product. It could be made a little wider for the normal foot size. Other than that I have had several people comment on how much they like my shoes. And, in my area having a style other stores don't have is really cool.

I WORK AT A GROCERY STORE AND AM CONSTANTLY MOVING AROUND FOR 8 TO 10 HOURS PER DAY. THIS SHOE IS LIGHTWEIGHT, FEELS GOOD ALL DAY LONG...LIKE WEARING NOTHING. I HAVE AN ANKLE THAT'S HAD ALOT OF SURGERY AND METAL IN IT. THIS SHOE DOES NOT TOUCH OR RUB THAT AREA WHICH IS VERY SENSITIVE. I HAVE 2 PAIRS IN DIFFERENT COLORS AND PLAN TO PURCHASE ANOTHER COLOR SOON. I'VE SEARCHED AND BOUGHT NUMEROUS PAIRS OF SHOES BECAUSE OF THE ANKLE PROBLEM....THESE HAVE BEEN THE BEST!

I work in sports management and am on my feet most of the day. These shoes didn't let me down. I walked around a concrete floor convention center for 3 days straight and my feet didn't bother me at all.

These shoes are really comfortable. I walk about 2 miles a day in them and my feet never feel tired. I can wear them at work and not feel like their too casual looking. I'm definitely thinking about buying another pair.

I wear with jeans and coordinating shirts. At first the bottom felt a little unstable but it worked itself out and I wore them all day at Disneyland :).

These shoes are comfortable and light weight. True to size. A good buy if you want a less bulky tennis shoe for everyday wear.

Great shoe, fits to your foot,very light weight not like those big bulky sneakers. Looks good on the foot, great for walking and standing for long periods. I don't have anything bad to say about them. They break-in within days,no blisters!My friends brag about how good they look,and that I have alot of them! Gotta love it!!
The only sneaker I will buy.....
