I stand on a hard floor all day at work, and I also have plantar fasciitis. These shoes are perfect! SO comfortable. My feet barely hurt at the end of the day, and I've cut my medication use in half. Awesome! My only complaint is that my feet get all sweaty, but of course that's because they're the style that's totally enclosed. Which I need, because I don't think the vented ones would be cool in an autopsy.
