The boots a very cute and they look better than they do on line. They seem to be water proof, but not too sure about that. Thinking about buying a pair for my other granddaughter.

I gave these shoes to my granddaughter for her birthday. She loved them, hugged them, and put them on immediately! I didn't realize they blinked until she was running around in them. What an extra bonus! :0)
