yes they do slip off your heel a bit but i got the heel inserts and they are perfect now. rather flat, but will be comfy in time.

I love the look and feel of these shoes but unfortunatly because they run about a half size bigger, I gave them to my mother in law. She loves them also. They look great with jeans and she wore them all day shopping and said her feet didn't hurt.
